每個項目先依 8 組排名（第 1 名得 8 分、第 8 名得 1 分），再依權重加總。

限國內外大專院校在學碩／博士研究生，以系所為單位報名，每位參賽者各填一份。帶 * 為必填。For master's and doctoral students currently enrolled at universities in Taiwan or abroad. Teams register by department or institute; each participant submits one form. * = required.

個人資料與報名說明：資料僅供資格審查、入校身分核對、分組通知及證書製作；身分證字號將加密保存，並依相關規定管理。送出報名即進入審查流程，若需查詢或更正資料，請洽承辦單位。Personal data: used only for eligibility review, campus entry checks, team notices and certificates. ID numbers are stored encrypted. Submitting starts the review; contact the organizer to check or correct your data.

1.表單寄送後，將進行第一階段書面審查，因名額及場地限制，若各校超出名額將以抽籤方式決定，並以電郵告知結果。After submission a first-stage document review follows. Places and venue capacity are limited, so if a school exceeds its quota, participants are chosen by lot; results are sent by e-mail.

2.通過第一階段審查人員，請再寄送身分證或護照影本至承辦單位，以利審查，若無法配合者請勿報名。Applicants who pass the first stage must send a copy of their ID card or passport to the organizer for review. Please do not register if you cannot provide one.

  • 蒐集機關：國防大學國際與國防事務學院（INDAC 決策模擬團隊）。Collector: College of International and National Defense Affairs (INDAC), National Defense University, R.O.C., INDAC Decision Simulation Team.
  • 蒐集目的：活動報名、入校身分核對、場次與餐點安排及聯繫。Purpose: event registration, campus entry checks, session and meal arrangements, and communication.
  • 資料類別：姓名、服務單位與職稱、國籍、證件號碼與證件影本、聯絡方式、飲食與交通資訊。Data: name, organization and title, nationality, ID number and ID copy, contact details, diet and transport information.
  • 利用方式：僅於上述目的範圍內使用；證件號碼加密保存，證件影本僅供入校核對，不對外公開，活動結束後依相關規定保管及銷毀。Use: only for the purposes above; ID numbers are stored encrypted, ID copies are used only for campus entry checks, never made public, and kept and destroyed according to regulations after the event.
  • 您可依個資法第 3 條請求查詢、閱覽、補充、更正或刪除個人資料，請洽承辦單位。未提供必要資料者，將無法安排入校。Under Article 3 of the Act you may ask to query, view, supplement, correct or delete your data by contacting the organizer. Without the required data we cannot arrange campus entry.
